Private beta access

The planner currently uses individual accounts issued by the administrator. Public registration and paid subscriptions are not available.

Accounts and saved routines

PictoSteps stores account names, password hashes, account settings, saved routines and drafts on its hosting service. Custom captions and routine names are saved with your account so you can return to them on another device. Other ordinary accounts cannot view your routines.

Avoid putting sensitive personal information, children’s names, health information or passwords in routine captions or feedback. Contact the person who issued your account for account assistance or a request to remove account data.

Feedback and usage

Feedback you send through the planner is stored for the administrator to read, with your account, category and submission time. Its configured retention period is 90 days.

The administrator can see private usage counts, including account activity and save and print requests. Routine names, captions and picture contents are not included in those usage counts. Daily usage records are retained for up to 90 days; short-lived counting records are retained for 24 hours.

Cookies and browser storage

Sign-in uses an essential session cookie. The planner uses browser storage for language preferences and account-specific cached activity state. Sign out on shared devices. The homepage uses no third-party advertising, embedded video or external font service.
